Virtual Stress Relief: Right from the Comfort of Your Office!

- Are you willing to set aside 15 minutes, twice a week for stress relief? You won’t need to put your coat on, change your clothes, or leave your office. Just tune in to the online broadcast and follow along with the guided stress relief exercise or activity. The movements (if any) are gentle and simple. No experience necessary. 

Each month may feature a different style of guided stress relief such as Tai Chi, guided mediations, chair yoga or Qigong.

  • How does this work?
    • If you are interested, sign up to get on the mailing list by emailing Outlook invites will be sent to you, so you can mark your calendar and plan on it. The invite will include a URL address to attend this online webinar broadcast. You do NOT need a webcam, however you will need speakers for sound on your computer or device. You may use a mobile device but note you may need to install the free Zoom app. The facilitator will use Zoom, and share a short video of instruction.
    • Session days and time TBD for Fall 2018. Keep in mind that if you can’t attend the live session you can simply do the activity when you can fit it in. (and you can do it from home too!)
