Perry Wisinger is a CPA with an MBA in Finance and an interdisciplinary PhD in Land Use Planning, Management, Natural Resources, and the Environment with doctoral minors in Economics, Engineering, and Geography. He has run a successful public accounting firm and has 40+ years in consulting and business experience in nearly all economic sectors. He has taught urban land development at Texas Tech University, along with geography, emergency management, and business at Northwestern State University. Within the Anderson College of Business, as an Assistant Professor he has taught graduate courses in finance, data analytics, economics, and accounting along with many undergraduate business courses. He holds an oil & gas T2 Production Safety Certification, has peer-reviewed published in the top-tier Journal of Sustainable Real Estate and made many professional presentations, including to the American Real Estate Society, the Midwest Political Science Association, and the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (in Kenya where the world-renowned Richard Leakey personally asked for a copy of his paper on the economics of elephant poaching). Dr. Wisinger is a LEED Green Associate and currently serves on the Colorado Market Leadership Advisory Council of the US Green Building Council along with many committees at Regis University.
