Dan Buller teaches Applied Guitar, Mandolin and Banjo at Regis University.
Dan is a multi-instrumentalist living in Northglenn, CO. He performs regularly around the Colorado Front Range on guitar, dobro, pedal steel, mandolin and banjo. As a performer, Dan is particularly passionate about Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Bluegrass and Western Swing. He has received awards/acknowledgement as a steel guitarist. These awards include placing on the podium multiple times at the Rockygrass Squareneck Dobro competition, as well as being one of the featured performers at the Denver Pedal Steel show.
As an educator, Dan loves to help students find their creative voice. He strives to create personalized lesson plans to help students reach their goals in an efficient manner. Dan enjoys working with students on a variety of instruments and styles. He is particularly fond of working with students interested in jazz guitar and is eager to share his love and passion for the genre.
Dan holds a master's degree in Guitar Performance from the University of Wyoming and is currently a doctoral student at CU Boulder in the Jazz Studies program.
