Dr. Haley Huddleston is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice with a passion for ambulatory care, teaching and patient-centered care. She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology from Hanover College, where she played women’s basketball and competed in track and field. Her track coach, who was also a pharmacist, first introduced her to the profession and inspired her to pursue pharmacy. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she discovered her love for ambulatory care and academia during a rotation at an underserved clinic working alongside medical students, residents and pharmacy students. Dr. Huddleston completed both her PGY1 and PGY2 residencies at the University of Colorado, specializing in ambulatory care. She is passionate about teaching in the classroom and helping patients achieve their health goals in the clinic. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, thrifting and getting lost in a good book, usually with her cats curled up beside her.
