Kelly Miller

Kelly Miller is an assistant professor of Health Information Management (HIM) and program coordinator for HIM and math courses offered by Anderson College of Business and Computing. She serves as a site reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). She also served as an elected member of the American Health Information Management Association’s (AHIMA) Council for Excellence in Education (CEE) and chaired the curriculum committee.; leading their efforts in developing curriculum standards for two-year and four-year accredited HIM programs across the country. Kelly has one son and is an advocate for animals. She volunteers with animal rescue as a foster for dogs and has volunteered with her boxer, Franklin, as a Pet Partners therapy team.
