Fitness Center

The Regis Fitness Center offers a full gym, rock climbing wall, student lead group fitness classes and fun events throughout the year to meet your fitness needs. All Regis University students, faculty and staff can use the fitness center for free with a Regis ID. We are looking forward to bringing back memberships for the community at large, Regis family members and Alumni.

Health and Safety Precautions

We are excited to welcome students, faculty and staff back to campus. We have continued our health and safety protocols:

  • First Come First Served model during open gym hours
  • 30-person capacity to allow for room to work out and clean
  • Constant cleaning by the FitTeam
  • Several wipes stations on the walls so you can clean your station before and after use.

We respectfully request, for the health and safety of your fellow Ranger, that if you are feeling sick or unwell that you avoid the Fitness Center and locker rooms.

Rules of the Game

To make the Fitness Center a great place for all Rangers to work out in a friendly environment, we have a few rules. Click here for the current list of rules.

Fall Hours

Monday-Thursday
6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday
6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
5 p.m. – 7 p.m. – Introduction to the Fitness Center

Weekends
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

We are open many school holidays and breaks with modified hours. We always post them in advance on the doors, around the fitness center and, as always, on our Insta!

Fitness Center Waiver

Once a school year, please print out the current waiver and fill it out to use the Fitness Center and bouldering wall! Read and sign the waiver and bring it in when you’re ready to use the center! We have to have the original here. If you’re currently under 17 years old, you must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver.

Facility Equipment

The fitness center has a wide variety of cardio and strength equipment available for use, and access to an indoor rock climbing wall and climbing shoe rentals. Click the link above to see our full list of equipment.

Student trainer lead group fitness classes are coming back! Classes are on a drop-in basis and the schedule will be posted on our Insta account as well as around campus! Look for the Fliers!

Rock Climbing Wall

Open during all our hours, the Fitness Center houses a bouldering wall with routes of varying difficulty levels changed often by the Outdoor Adventure Program students! Bring your own shoes or us a pair of ours!

Gym Orientation

We are looking to hire certified student personal trainers to assist you in meeting your fitness goals or refresh your current routine. However, if you’ve never used the fitness center – please feel free to come in and we will help you use the equipment! We can also make an appointment for you to meet with our Assistant Director, Liz Shepard, and she will happily help you learn about the equipment and get started on your fitness goals.

In the Spring Semester, we house the Exercise Prescription class where you can work with one of the Regis Health & Exercise Science B.Sc. students for the semester. You get one-on-one personal training while the students obtain real-world experience.

Community Membership

Individuals from the community-at-large, as well as family members are eligible for fitness center memberships at the following costs.

General Public:
Daily, weekly, monthly and annual memberships are available to the general public, however due to COVID-19 we are unable to register new community members at this time. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience.

Alumni (within 5 years of graduation):
Daily Use Membership: $5
Week Membership: $10
Monthly Membership: $20
Annual Membership: $125
