Fitness Center

The Regis Fitness Center offers a full gym, group classes, a rock climbing wall and fun events throughout the year to fit your wellness needs. All Regis University students, faculty and staff can use the fitness center for free with a Regis ID, and individuals from the community-at-large, as well as Regis family members are eligible for fitness center daily, weekly, monthly and annual rates.

Personal Training

In one-on-one training sessions you are paired with a trainer for up to 16 sessions meeting 1-4 times a week. Your time with your trainer begins and ends with an assessment to see how you progressed. One-on-one sessions occur within the fitness center utilizing our variety of cardio and strength equipment.

Free Fitness Assessments

Our student personal training staff is here to help you make sure your health is in check with free blood pressure and body compassion screenings. Please email to set up an appointment with one of our personal trainers.

Gym Orientation

Not 100% sure how to use the gym or what to do for a workout? Our personal trainers can take you through a gym orientation that will show you the basics of how to use the equipment in the gym and it also comes with a complementary workout program for you to use when you come to workout.

Group Fitness

Looking for a great weekly workout with others trying to reach their fitness goals? Our trainer-led group fitness classes are offered Monday-Friday and include yoga, cycling, Zumba, bootcamps and more. The group fitness schedule is updated each semester, and limited edition classes are offered on a monthly basis. Contact with any questions and how to sign up!

Partner and Group Personal Training

Sign up for our partner or group personal training and reach your goals with a partner or small group of 3-4 friends.

In partner personal training you and your friend will work with a trainer as a team to meet your goals for up to 16 sessions meeting 1-4 times a week. Assessments are also done together during your first and last meetings with your trainer. Partner groups will work with a trainer in the fitness center using all different types of equipment to get an awesome one hour workout!

With our group personal training sessions each individual will receive an assessment on their own before the group sessions begin and an individual post assessment after the chosen number of sessions have been rendered. Your group will meet with a trainer 1-4 times a week for an hour at a time, on a time agreed upon by everyone, in LDC 125 for all sessions. Group routines are made based on fitness goals that are common for the group. Sessions are done with a personal trainer and geared towards your personal needs, therefore, not to be confused with our group fitness classes which are classes taught based on a type of format. Even though you are working in a small group, you will still receive one-on-one attention with one of our certified trainers.

 Individuals from the community-at-large, as well as family members are eligible for fitness center memberships at the following costs.

General Public:
Daily Use Membership: $5
Week Membership: $15
Monthly Membership: $35
Annual Membership: $250

Alumni (within 5 years of graduation):
Daily Use Membership: $5
Week Membership: $10
Monthly Membership: $20
Annual Membership: $125
