The Table is Set. Pull Up a Chair.
Organized by Peaks Co-Lab, Comidas Del Alma/Soul Food(s) and IC420: Memory, History and Food.
Join us for a series of conversations, workshops, tastings and gatherings inspired by the Season of Creation and the Comidas del Alma/Soul Food(s) project, exploring the connections among food, memory, history, identity, culture and place. Rooted in Jesuit values, Regis University's Laudato Si' Action Platform, and the work of The PEAKS Co-Lab, the series invites us to care for our common home and for one another. From working with the land to preparing food, sharing stories and gathering around the table, we come together to learn, remember, care for creation and celebrate the communities and places that shape who we are.
