The Regis Print & Mail Center is located in the basement of O’Connell Hall. Our operation supports all university mail and personal shipping, copying and printing services and provides support for printers and copiers throughout the university. The Print & Mail Center is operated by RICOH under the direction of Regis University Auxiliary & Business Services.

The Regis Print & Mail Center provides a wide range of copying, printing and finishing options that will help you complete any project.

  • Shipping via USPS, FedEx and UPS
  • Postage stamps for sale

The Regis Print & Mail Center manages and services all Copiers, Networked Printers and print queues throughout the university.

The services we provide include:

  • Provide break/fix service to all Networked Devices
  • Provide Toner, Ink and Paper to all Printing Devices
  • Provide assessments for devices that need replacement
  • Manage print servers and queues
  • Manage Student Printer Bucks
  • Manage Equitrac Print Management

How do I place a service call on a printer or copier?

Stop into the Regis Print & Mail Center and we can add funds via cash, check or charge.

My pages never printed, do I still get charged for them?

No, you are not charged for a printed page until it physically comes out of the printer or copier. If you would like us to review your charges, please contact Debbie Jacobs at 303.964.6423 or

I lost my Mail Key, what do I do?

Stop into the Regis Print & Mail Center and we will replace the lock for you. A $25 fee does apply. This fee is better than paying $50 for failing to turn in your key at the end of the year.
