Regis welcomes new students

Denver, August 17, 2016 – Regis University is set to welcome back more than 7,300 students this week, with the most activity on its Northwest Denver Campus where several activities are planned a welcome into the fold one of the largest freshman classes in University history.
More than 500 students make up the incoming freshman class for the 2016-17 academic year. New Student Orientation for first-year and transfer students runs August 18-20 and is designed to introduce them to academic expectations, a myriad of services and resources to support their academic journey, and the University’s mission. There’s plenty of fun planned, too.
Traffic may be heavy at times around the campus located near 50th Avenue and Lowell Boulevard in northwest Denver, as students move into the residence halls and start class on Monday, Aug. 22.
