A group of Regis University faculty, staff and advisers will begin the third phase of the University’s strategic planning (SPIII) initiative.
Following the Regis Rising Strategic Plan and phase two, University leadership recognized the need to conduct another review of Regis, evaluating the current state and defining new goals and initiatives.
Some ongoing goals have been retained in the new planning process. SPIII is the next progression in the Regis Rising Strategic Planning Process.
The group began meeting in January to identify strengths and weaknesses and to start developing the priorities the University will pursue during the next phase. The group plans to identify these University priorities and goals by mid-April. It will have a draft of the plan finished in July and will send it to the President’s Cabinet for review in August.
The committee includes Provost Janet Houser and is chaired by CCIS Dean Shari Plantz-Masters.
