Erin McCaffrey

Erin McCaffrey is Dean of the Library and Director of the Center for Student Success. Erin’s background spans over 20 years working in academic libraries and higher education. She has experience in web-based library services, system administration, distance learning, and reference and instruction. Her research interests are in assessment and library leadership and administration. She has published and presented on the subjects of assessment, accessibility, virtual reference, program review for academic libraries, and the faculty-library connection. Her book, Virtually Embedded: The Librarian in an Online Environment, (with co-editor Elizabeth Leonard) was published by ACRL in 2014. She received her BA from DePaul University and her MLIS from Dominican University.
