Jordan Rogers, PhD, LPC is an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Regis University and a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. Her work is grounded in a humanistic and relational approach to counselor education, with an emphasis on curiosity, reflection, authentic connection and experiential learning. She is passionate about helping counselors-in-training develop self-awareness, clinical competence and confidence as they grow into their professional identities. Her teaching, supervision and scholarship explore counselor development, expressive arts, aging and wellness, body image, career development and existential and humanistic approaches to counseling and consultation. Across these areas, Dr. Rogers is committed to fostering environments where people can explore their experiences, deepens self-understanding and move toward greater authenticity, connection and well-being. Outside of her work as a counselor educator, Jordan enjoys watercoloring, reading, spending time with her family which includes three dogs and an ever growing collection of houseplants, and volunteering in the community.
