Our 0-5 Pharm.D. program is the first of its kind in the country and is designed to streamline the educational process by eliminating the need for separate undergraduate and graduate degrees — saving you both time and money.

The $120,000 Advantage
Regis University is committed to making quality pharmacy education accessible to all. That’s why we’re pleased to announce that students admitted to this program will receive $120,000 in scholarships divided over the duration of their five-year program.
- Students receive $120,000 in merit scholarships for the duration of the program, consisting of $30,000 per year for the first two years and $20,000 per year for the remaining three years.
- Additional need-based grants may be available during the undergraduate portion of the program, based on admission application and FAFSA information.

What if I don’t qualify for the 0-5 Pharm.D. Early Assurance Program?
There are other ways to earn your Pharm.D. degree from Regis! Our undergraduate Doctor of Pharmacy pathway is offered as either a 2+4-year format or 3+4-year format. Applicants must complete a minimum of 72 credit hours of prerequisite course work prior to the four-year professional program and can choose to complete these prerequisites over the course of two or three years as a Pharmacy Scholar.
Applicants do not have to earn a Bachelor's degree prior to applying to the entry-level Pharm.D. program at Regis University, however students who complete the 3+4 version of the program are eligible to earn a B.S. Foundations in Pharmacy after completing their first year of the Pharm.D. professional program.
How to Apply
To apply to the 0-5 Pharm.D. Early Assurance program, you will need:
- Completed online application
- Official transcripts from prior college(s) and institutions
- Resume
- Essay
- Two professional and/or academic recommendations
The first step in the application process is to contact an admissions counselor, who can help you through the entire application process, evaluate your prior learning credit (AP, IB, etc.) and provide information regarding financial aid and tuition assistance.
Eligibility
If you are a current high school student, you are eligible to gain admission to the School of Pharmacy through the 0-5 Early Assurance program. The 0-5 program has two components: the two-year pre-professional portion, followed by the three-year Doctor of Pharmacy portion.
Initial Admission Requirements for the Pre-Professional Portion:
- 3.5+ weighted high school GPA
- High school math and science grades no lower than a B- (unless retaken)
- ONE of the following:
- Completion of a pre-calculus-level math class OR
- Completion of college-level chemistry OR
- ACT math score of 22 or higher OR
- SAT math score of 540 or higher
Requirements to Progress to the Doctor of Pharmacy Portion:

Maintain a 3.0 GPA until completion of the pre-professional phase of the program.

The course schedule cannot be altered, and the student must remain in the same cohort for all five years of the program.

No documented professionalism or academic integrity issues during the pre-professional phase.

Submit a PharmCAS application and complete a successful progression interview with the School of Pharmacy faculty during the fall semester of the second year of the pre-professional portion.
