One of the most exciting measures of graduate success at Regis University arises out of career and post-graduate education data gathered each year from the Center for Career and Professional Development’s First Destination Survey. The most recent survey gathered employment and post-graduate education data from Regis University’s May 2025 and December 2024 graduates. Here are a few highlights:

• 94%: Regis University alumni who are either employed or continuing their education
• 91%: Regis University alumni who reported that their Regis education was effective in preparing them to make their post-graduate decisions
• 91%: Regis University alumni consider themselves prepared to consider issues of social justice
