Regis University Transcript Requirements

Your transcripts allow us to evaluate your academic readiness and verify your educational history. Transcript requirements vary depending on what program you are applying to, but all applications require official transcripts, unless otherwise noted. Your admissions counselor may ask you for unofficial transcripts to speed up their review of your application while waiting for your official documents to arrive.

Where should I send my transcripts?

By Mail (official transcripts only)

Regis University – Office of Admissions
Mail Code: A-12
3333 Regis Boulevard
Denver, CO 80221-1099

By Email

Note: Email transcripts must be sent directly from the school or district to be considered official. Regis will not request transcripts on your behalf.

What's the difference between official vs. unofficial transcripts?

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

A transcript is considered official only if:

  • It is sent directly from the issuing institution to Regis via mail or a secure electronic service, such as Parchment, Naviance, Scoir or the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • It arrives in a sealed school envelope, stamped or signed across the seal (if hand-delivered).
  • It is issued on secure, tamper-resistant paper or via a verified electronic platform.
  • For email-only institutions, the email must come directly from the Registrar and indicate that email is their sole delivery option.

Transcripts stamped “student copy” or uploaded by applicants are not official.

Unofficial transcripts (PDFs, screenshots, downloads from student portals) may be:

  • Uploaded to your Regis Applicant Compass
  • Requested by your admissions counselor to expedite review

Unofficial transcripts do not complete your application and cannot replace official records required for enrollment.
