Colorado has the unique position to have had three powerhouse women in the tech savvy Chief Information Officer role over the past 9 years. Don't miss your chance to hear from these three accomplished leaders as they share how authenticity has helped them achieve their career success.
Shari Plantz-Masters, Academic Dean for the Anderson College of Business and Computing will present an introduction and Wendy Bohling of Corporate Cowgirl Up will moderate the conversations.

Meet Our Moderator:
Wendy Bohling is a speaker, thought leader and corporate consultant on gender intelligence and inclusive leadership, CEO of Corporate Cowgirl Up and author of “Cowgirl Up: A Woman’s Guide to Navigating the Corporate Frontier” and “Book of Badass”, she has more than 30 years as an executive in the corporate saddle at some of the top telecom Fortune 100 companies and healthcare IT startups.

Kristin D. Russell
Kristin D. Russell is a dynamic executive with over 20 years of experience in leading and catalyzing large global operations, services, and information technology (IT) organizations. She currently is the President of Global Services at Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 108 company, where she and her team help enable customers’ business growth by simplifying their technology lifecycle experience.
Sumana (Suma) Nallapati
Sumana (Suma) Nallapati is an accomplished technology leader and consultant with more than twenty years of progressive experience in establishing and executing value driven global IT service strategy and delivery. She has extensive experience with leading technology-driven innovation for business transformation, health care infrastructure operations, and global enterprise business applications. Suma is a people leader who builds high performance teams within multi-cultural, globally distributed workforce through mentoring, coaching and inspiration.
Suma recently joined DISH as Chief Digital Officer where she leads application delivery and digital strategy implementation. Her technology portfolio includes sales, e-commerce, customer and partner management, billing and other various operational support systems.
Theresa M. Szczurek, Ph.D.
Theresa M. Szczurek, a serial technology entrepreneur and role model for technology leaders, is a senior global C-level executive and strategist who has led organizations and served on Board of Directors. As a former Bell Labs engineer, she then co-founded and led three technology ventures. Most recently she served on Governor Polis' cabinet as the State of Colorado CIO and Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Information Technology.
An awarded business leader and speaker, she wrote the Amazon-bestseller, Pursuit of Passionate Purpose (Wiley), which provides her proven, step-by-step formula for success. A life-time Girl Scout and leader, Szczurek also works to attract more girls and women to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers.
