Housing Rates and Important Dates

All housing rate charges are per semester unless otherwise noted. Housing rates are subject to change per academic year. Please reference the Front Porch Housing Portal for specific dates regarding application and documentation deadlines, notification timelines and waitlist information.

Residency Requirement

First-year and second-year students are required to live on campus unless a Housing Exemption Request is completed in the Front Porch Housing Portal and approved by University Housing.

Housing Cancellations

The Regis University Housing Contract is a binding agreement for the full academic year. Students who wish to cancel their housing must follow the process outlined below.

Cancellation Approval Required
Housing cancellations are not automatic.

All requests must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Housing and Residential Engagement. To be considered, you must have an authorized reason, which includes:

  • Graduation from the University
  • Transfer to another institution
  • Withdrawal or approved leave of absence
  • Study abroad participation
  • Marriage (documentation required)
  • Medical necessity (reviewed through Student Disability Services)
  • Military service

Important:

  • Approval is not guaranteed
  • If your request is not approved, you remain responsible for the full housing contract

If your housing cancellation is approved, your financial responsibility depends on the date your request is submitted:

Sept. 2-Sept. 23, 2026 25% of housing cost + $500 fee
Sept. 24-Oct. 23, 2026 50% of housing cost + $500 fee
Oct. 24-Nov. 23, 2026 75% of housing cost + $500 fee
Nov. 24, 2026-End of Semester 100% of housing cost (no refund; Housing Plus Fee waived)
