"Dr. Kumar brings an extensive knowledge of enrollment data analytics, financial aid leveraging, data-driven marketing and communication strategies, and academic program innovation to drive new student enrollment and retention," said Regis Interim President Cody Teets. "His passion for creating a student-centric mentality in all aspects of strategic enrollment management focusing on the philosophy of “Retention Begins with Recruitment,” is a direct result of his ability to build a strong team of high-achieving individuals working together toward a shared vision and mission."

At Saint. Leo, a 133-year-old university located near Tampa, Kumar led a team of over 150 managing the recruitment and admissions for the university's main campus, online learning and 17 education centers in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Texas.
