Next Steps for Incoming First-Year and Transfer Students
Congratulations on your acceptance to Regis University! Follow the steps below to begin your college experience and become a Regis Ranger. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Admissions, and we will be happy to assist you! Our admissions staff is highly trained in financial aid and all things Regis, and we can also direct you to departmental heads and program directors with whom you may wish to connect. Your admissions counselor will be with you every step of the way, so don't hesitate to reach out!
Submit Your Deposit
Submit your deposit as soon as possible to secure your spot.
• $250 for students living on campus
• $125 for students living off campus
We can't help you get started without your deposit.
Set Up Your RegisNET
Activate your RegisNET account to access your email, the Ranger Portal and all Regis systems.
• Watch for an email with the subject line “Activate Your RegisNET Account” a few days after you make your deposit.
• Follow the steps in the email to set up your login.
Visit Us
Visiting campus in person can help you feel confident when you come to orientation and start classes.
• Schedule a visit or attend an admitted student event.
• Explore campus, meet faculty and staff and get your questions answered.
Review Your Financial Aid Award
Now is the time to understand your financial aid and how you can afford college.
• For maximum aid consideration, submit your FAFSA or other financial aid applications ASAP.
• Review your financial aid package on the Ranger Portal as soon as it's released.
• Contact the Office of Financial Aid to apply your outside scholarships to Regis.

Check Out Housing Options
Get started early with making a plan about where you will live.
• Most students live on campus for their first two years.
• The housing portal opens in early April.
• Use the portal to choose housing, find a roommate or submit a request to live off campus.
Submit Final Transcripts and Test Scores
You deserve credit for course work you have completed, so send us all your academic records.
• After you graduate from high school, send your final high school transcript.
• Send us any college transcripts, including transcripts for dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment or other classes completed at the college level.
• Send your AP or IB test scores.
Submitting your records is required and will help us give you the credit you deserve!
Register for Classes
Start planning your classes for your first semester.
• Log into WorldClass and complete Regis 101 to learn how to choose your classes.
• In early May, meet with your faculty coach to finalize your schedule.
• Register for classes by June 19 to stay on track for Fall 2026.
Registering early will give you the best choice of classes!
Submit Immunization Records
All students are required to submit the required health documentation to ensure a safe and healthy campus environment.

The Regis University vaccination guidelines follow Colorado Department of Public Health recommendations.
Plan for Orientation
Attend RU Ready to SOAR orientation, where you will:
• Meet other students and make some friends
• Learn about campus resources
• Get ready for academic and campus life
Get Books and Supplies
Buy the textbooks and supplies required for your classes.
• Visit the Ranger Station Bookstore to buy or rent textbooks.
• Be sure you have everything before the first day of class.
Monitor Your Student Account
Keep on top of your billing and payments.
• View charges like tuition, housing, fees and meal plan
• Confirm financial aid
• Set up a payment
Check regularly to avoid missed deadlines and late penalties.
Apply for Accommodations
If you have a documented disability or a previous IEP, get support early.
• Contact Student Disability Services
• Submit required documentation
Remember, IEPs and other accommodations from high school do not follow you to college. Your needs must be disclosed to the university.
Choose a Meal Plan
You'll spend a lot of time on campus, so choose a dining plan that meets your needs.

Get a Parking Pass
If you're bringing a car, avoid parking tickets by registering your vehicle.

• Purchase your permit before arriving on campus

Getting involved can improve your sense of belonging and build your leadership skills.
• Explore clubs, organizations and activities
• Attend the activity fair during Welcome Week
