Vail Flyer Bike Ride Enjoy an easy, downhill bike ride from the top of Vail Pass into Frisco to explore the town before heading back to Regis. Be sure to pack a lunch, a small day pack, windproof layers, closed-toed shoes, sunglasses and water. Transportation, bikes and helmets provided by the Regis Outdoor Program for students. Students, please meet at the cross statue near the Fitness Center. Families/alumni/faculty/staff invited to join; please bring your own bike and meet us on Vail pass at 9:30 a.m.

Red Rocks Yoga and Hike Start your morning off with yoga at this iconic Colorado venue, followed by a hiking loop filled with plenty of scenic views with great photo ops! Transportation and yoga mats provided by the Regis Outdoor Program for students. Students, please meet at the cross statue near the Fitness Center. Move Forward Run Start your day with this 5K and 10K run/walk open to all experienced and casual runners, walkers, well-behaved dogs on leash, families, faculty and staff. Proceeds benefit Canine Companions for Independence and the Foundation for Physical Therapy.

LHSON 75th Anniversary Dinner The Loretto Heights School of Nursing and Regis University are celebrating 75 years of a shared history of excellence in nursing education! All nursing alumni, current nursing students, nursing faculty and staff are invited to celebrate this special anniversary. Showcasing 75 years of nursing education, come enjoy special remarks by current and past nursing leadership and students. Registration fee directly supports the Loretto Heights School of Nursing Scholarship.
