Nicki Gonzales lends historical perspective to pressing issues
Vice provost, professor provides insight to ABC News, Colorado Public Radio
This summer, Denver and other cities around the nation have been sites of major protests and dialogue regarding racial injustice.
Nicki Gonzales, associate professor of history and vice provost for diversity and inclusion, recently spoke to Colorado Public Radio to provide historical perspective on the important issues facing our society today.
“This is a moment of opportunity,” Gonzales said. “This is a moment to ask for things that will have a lasting effect."
