Veterans are welcomed and supported at Regis University

Continue Your Mission at Regis University

Your military career may have come to an end, but your desire to make a difference still thrives. At Regis University we are proud to serve those who have served our country and we believe that your experience and perspectives are valuable on our campus and in our classrooms.

At Regis the call to continue the mission of caring s is lived through the Jesuit spirit of cura personalis – care for the whole person. Our mission is to provide support, structure, and services to veterans and their family members by ensuring that we provide a campus-wide culture that addresses your needs. While benefits offered through the GI Bill® go a long way toward providing educational opportunities for veterans, at Regis we are proud to offer a variety of financial and other support that can help fill in gaps left by that program.

For example, active-duty military members may be eligible for the Military Preferred Tuition Rate offered at Regis. In addition, Regis offers scholarships through its Military Scholars fund and is a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which provides tuition assistance for expenses that exceed the highest public in-state tuition rate. For more information about financial assistance available to veterans and military-connected students, click here.

The Regis Military and Veterans Resource Center is a dedicated space where members of the military and veterans can connect and receive services to help navigate the complexities of transitioning to college life or online learning. The center also can guide veterans through the process of maximizing their educational benefits with generous credit transfer policies for prior military training and accelerated program formats. The center also provides access to tutoring sources, disability services, career readiness programs, and a safe place to establish relationships with other military-connected students. Regis has an active Student Veterans of America (SVA) club, and SALUTE Honor Society.

Regis is committed to serving those who have served us. As a result, Regis has been recognized as a 2021 top 10 Military Friendly® School. Military connected students choose Regis because we offer flexible programs that meet the needs of adult students and that help translate to rewarding careers. All prospective students, current students, and alumni interested in learning more about our services and our military-connected community are invited to contact milvetservices@regis.edu, or visit our website for more information.
