Regis University Celebrates Historic Fundraising Milestone

Dear Regis Community,

Regis University has successfully concluded the most ambitious fundraising campaign in its history, the Manifest Magis campaign, raising more than $131 million in support of our students, faculty, staff, and broader community. This decade-long endeavor has profoundly reshaped the student experience, from expanding access to financial aid to transforming the Athletics program.

Among the campaign’s most visible milestones is the creation of the Anderson College of Business and Computing, made possible by the largest single gift in University history from devoted Trustee and alumnus, Andy Anderson. His generosity not only provided foundational funding, but also sparked a ripple effect of philanthropy across our Regis network. Andy Anderson co-chaired the campaign alongside Derek Scarth, Chair of the Regis Board of Trustees. Together, they helped inspire a wave of transformational giving.

Another hallmark of the campaign is the construction of the Berce Athletic Center, a state-of-the-art athletic facility made possible through the generosity of former Dan and Annie Berce. Both are alumni of Regis; Dan is a former Trustee. More than just an athletic complex, the Dome provides flexible court space for both students and the broader Regis community. Innovation also flourished with the establishment of the Gronowski Innovation Incubator Lab in Clarke Hall, made possible by Trustee Jamie Gronowski. The Lab has become a campus hub for creativity, leading to the birth of the now-renowned annual Innovation Challenge.

In Claver Hall, the campaign supported a significant expansion of the Clinical Simulation Laboratory through a generous gift from Margaret Hartman, which dramatically increased the capacity for hands-on student learning, program enrollment, and new revenue opportunities.

Scholarship support was a cornerstone of the Manifest Magis campaign. The McCormick Scholars Program, established by former Trustee Mary Pat McCormick and her husband Dick, now provides full-tuition scholarships to a cohort of exceptional students — ensuring a Regis education remains within reach. The creation of the  F. Leonard Pomponio and Elizabeth M. Adams Graduate Awards, endowed by Leonard's cousins Lucille Mould and Diana Adams, further reinforces Regis’ commitment to graduate student support and honors his legacy.

The impact of this campaign is also evident in the growth of the University’s endowment, which nearly doubled from $55 million to $100 million during the campaign — providing sustainable support for scholarships and core academic initiatives. Additionally, dozens of new scholarships were established, opening doors for generations of future students.

In total, the Manifest Magis campaign inspired more than 87,000 individual gifts, a powerful reflection of the deep love, hope, and commitment that our community holds for Regis University.

With deep gratitude.

Kindly,
