Are You a People Person?

Say hello to our newest bachelor’s degree program.

Are you a people person? Does the idea of public speaking fill you with energy instead of causing you to break out in a cold sweat (like most of us)? Do people turn to you in times of uncertainty or crisis? Are you a social media whiz kid?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then a career in public relations might be right for you! That’s why we’re beyond thrilled to announce the launch of our newest degree program at Regis University—the Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.

Every organization, from the largest corporation to the smallest nonprofit, needs to effectively communicate with the public if they want to survive and thrive. Whether announcing the launch of new products, issuing press releases or offering guidance in times of crisis, public relations professionals work at the intersection of organizational strategy and public engagement.

The job outlook for public relations professionals has never been better, with more open positions being added every year across the country. Through this program, you’ll learn how to communicate effectively, discern and disseminate important information, plan events, engage with social media and serve as a leader in times of crisis.

Thinking of transferring to Regis to take advantage of our public relations program? Bring your credits with you! After all, you worked hard for them. Regis offers one of the most generous transfer credit policies in higher education. We want to keep your education on track, so you can keep your career goals within reach.
