Congratulations on your admission to Regis University! You did it, and we could not be more excited to welcome you to our community! This page is your guide to everything you need to do before you arrive, from submitting your enrollment deposit and setting up your student accounts to registering for classes and preparing for orientation. Whether you are a first-year student or an admitted transfer student, you will find the key actions, deadlines and resources you need to get started with confidence. Take it one step at a time, and do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions along the way.

What to Do and When: Your Timeline and Checklist as an Admitted Student

Your admitted student checklist includes a mix of immediate priorities and steps you can work through over the coming weeks, so there is no need to do everything at once. Even if you are still finishing high school or wrapping up a college semester, there are meaningful actions you can take right now to stay organized, stay informed and set yourself up for a smooth start at Regis.

Fall Admission

  • Set Up Your RegisNet Account: Access your Regis email, Ranger Portal, Worldclass and more. Look for an email with the subject line: Important: Activating your RegisNet account. Need help? Contact ruadmissions@regis.edu.
  • Visit the Ranger Portal: Find information on financial aid and more at rangerportal.regis.edu.
  • Upload Your Immunization Records: Visit Regis Medical Services to learn which vaccinations are required, how to submit your records or seek an exemption, and check your status.
  • Apply for Housing or Submit an Exemption: Residential students apply for housing; commuter students submit an exemption. Submit either at housing.regis.edu.
  • Select Your Meal Plan: View meal plan options at regis.edu/dining.
  • Plan Your Schedule: Plan your schedule in the Regis 101 course at worldclass.regis.edu. Questions? Ask rcdean@regis.edu.
  • Attend an Advising Session with Your Faculty Coach: Check your email for a subject line of "Welcome to Regis: Faculty Coach." Questions? Ask fye@regis.edu.
  • Submit Final Transcripts: Final official high school transcripts, any college transcripts, AP scores and IB transcripts are required to disperse financial aid. Email to ruadmissions@regis.edu. If you have taken dual-enrollment classes, submit transcripts from the college you took them through.
June To-Do
  • Review and Set Up Payments for Fall Invoices: Invoices will be sent the week of June 22. Pay your bill or set up a payment plan at rangerportal.regis.edu. For payment plan assistance, contact stuaccts@regis.edu.
  • RSVP for Orientation: First-year students are required to register and attend at regis.edu/orientation.
  • Attend an Advising Session with Your Faculty Coach (Due June 19): Check your email for a subject line of "Welcome to Regis: Faculty Coach". Questions? Ask fye@regis.edu.
  • Submit Final Transcripts (Due June 30): Final official high school transcripts, any college transcripts, AP scores and IB transcripts are required to disperse financial aid. Email to ruadmissions@regis.edu. If you have taken dual-enrollment classes, submit transcripts from the college you took them through.
July To-Do
  • Upload Your Immunization Records (Due July 1): Visit Regis Medical Services to view required immunizations for all students and upload your records.
  • Deadline for 6-Month Payment Plan (Due July 15)
  • Apply for Housing or Submit an Exemption (Due July 27): Residential students apply for housing; commuter students submit an exemption at housing.regis.edu.
  • Set Up Work Study Direct Deposit: Set up on ruworks.regis.edu. The I-9 form requires original forms of identification that must be reviewed in person by an authorized individual in Human Resources. You can bring these with you to college or complete this over the summer.
August To-Do
  • Pay Your Registration Bill or Set Up a Payment Plan (Due August 1): Review your tuition invoice at rangerportal.regis.edu. Click Student Finance > 2026 Fall Semester.
  • Attend Orientation (August 20): Register at regis.edu/orientation.

Commit and Secure Your Spot

We can't help you get started without your deposit, so submit it as soon as possible to secure your spot.

  • $250 for students living on campus
  • $125 for students living off campus

Set Up Your RegisNET and Check Email

Activate your RegisNET account to access your email, the Ranger Portal and all Regis systems.

  • Watch for an email with the subject line “Activate Your RegisNET Account” a few days after you make your deposit.
  • Follow the steps in the email to set up your login.

Prepare to Live On Campus

Living on campus at Regis is about more than just a place to sleep — it is where friendships are built, routines take shape and campus truly starts to feel like home. Taking a few practical steps before you arrive, from confirming your housing assignment and dining plan to knowing what to pack and where to park, will help you settle in smoothly and make the most of everything campus life has to offer.

Apply for Housing

Get started early with making a plan about where you will live.

  • The housing portal opens in early April.
  • Use the portal to choose housing, find a roommate or submit a housing exemption.
  • Most students live on campus for their first two years.

Sign Up for a Meal Plan

You'll spend a lot of time on campus, so choose a dining plan that meets your needs.

  • Choose from several flexible meal plans.
  • Meal plans can be used at several on-campus eateries.
  • You can always adjust your plan later if needed.

Get Ready to Move In

Residential students move-in at their assigned time on the first day of New Student Oriention.

  • Early move-in must be approved by Housing staff.
  • Review the list of what to bring and what not to bring.
  • Regis staff and student volunteers will be on hand on move-in day to help you get settled.

Purchase a Parking Pass

If you're bringing a car, avoid parking tickets by registering your vehicle.

  • We offer several parking pass options.
  • Make a parking plan before school starts; the lots fill up quickly!

Getting Ready for Classes

Submit Final Transcripts and Test Scores

Send us all your academic records. Submitting your records is required and will help us give you the credit you deserve!

  • After you graduate from high school, send your final high school transcript.
  • Send us any college transcripts, including transcripts for dual enrollment, concurrent enrollment or other classes completed at the college level.
  • Send your AP or IB test scores.

Register for Classes

Start planning your classes for your first semester.

  • Registering early will give you the best choice of classes!
  • Log into WorldClass and complete Regis 101 to learn how to choose your classes.
  • In early May, meet with your faculty coach to finalize your schedule.
  • Register for classes by the June deadline to stay on track for Fall.

Apply for Accommodations

If you have a documented disability or a previous IEP, get support early.

  • IEPs and other accommodations from high school do not follow you to college. Your needs must be disclosed to Regis.
  • Contact Student Disability Services.
  • Submit required documentation.

Get Books and Supplies

Buy the textbooks and supplies required for your classes.

Immunization Records and Health Insurance

All incoming first-year students are required to submit immunization records through the Regis Health Portal before beginning classes.

Students studying under a student visa and varsity athletes are required to purchase a Regis University sponsored health insurance plan. Other students in select programs must provide proof of health insurance coverage before their first term.
